Companies House ID Verification
Mandatory requirement for all directors as of 18 November 2025
As of 18 November 2025, Companies House requires all directors to complete identity verification. This is a critical step to ensure the transparency and integrity of the UK business register.
Action Required:
Could you please complete your ID verification and share your Personal Code with us once received? All directors/shareholders are needed to do this separately and create each separate account for each of them.

Steps to Follow

Create a One Login
Create a GOV.UK One Login account and complete your ID verification directly via mobile.

Verify Your Identity
Download the One Login app. You can use either your driving licence or passport. The process will also require a selfie.

Save Your Personal Code
Once verified, your Personal Code will appear in the Manage Account section. Please take a screenshot or save it as a PDF.

Send to Us
Email your Personal Code to us promptly so we can update our records and ensure your company remains compliant.
